                     Tuesday Night Selwyn Volleyball League (SVL)

Thank you to all our Participants in our first social League in Selwyn, with the opening of the Selwyn Sports

Centre.  Unfortunately like everything else with COVID restriction levels our season was cut short, however

we are gearing up for our Summer league that will span 20 weeks (10 prior to Christmas, and 10 post


Our First winter league was on a Tuesday, and moving forward (due to Gym availability), our Summer

League will be on Wednesday nights

Where: Selwyn Sports Centre

Dates: Wednesdays -  13th October - 15th December 2021, then February 2nd - 6th April 2022 (20 weeks)

Games: You will play one game at either 6.30pm, 7.30pm or 8.30pm each Tuesday

Cost; $850 per team

You can register as an individual ($150), or as a team.  CVA will place individuals together into teams

No uniforms or duty is required across the 2 grades, and you self duty your own games while you play.

             Thursday Night Metro Volleyball League (MVL)

Thursday night Social (Metro Volleyball League or MVL) is a weekly mixed grade social competition

which runs for 20 weeks over the winter months.

Our 2021 has been cut short due to COVID Level Restrictions, and the Summer indoor Social League will be

held by Pioneer Volleyball Club

For those looking to enjoy their summer months outside, come and join us on the beach courts at

Pioneer Stadium for our Summer Social Beach Volleyball on Tuesday and/or Thursday nights - teams

of Social 4 or Semi Serious 3s (Tuesdays only)

2022 Metro Social Volleyball League

Where: Pioneer Stadium

Dates: Tuesdays-  May 4th - 14th September (20 weeks)

Games: You will play one game at either 6.30pm, 7.30pm or 8.30pm each Tuesday

Cost; $850 per team

There are 6 grades - something for everyone!

Terms & Conditions:

  1. CVA will take all necessary precautions to ensure the  safety of participants in all of our programmes
    and competitions under the current Alert Level Guidelines, however as a participant you accept
    responsibility for your own personal health and hygiene if participating.

  2. If you feel sick, or are not well, do not attend

  3. Should the alert levels change during the season and it has to be cancelled, a refund of the entry fee
    will be provided, less monies for the number of weeks played, expenses generated and our

  4. fee for the competition.

  5. We will keep teams up to date with any changes, and will ensure that the competition is run
    as safely as possible and within all current guidelines.   We will keep our website and FB page
